We are writing to inform you that SOBA meeting will be integrated into our parallel service, "SOBA mieruka cloud." Consequently, the provision of this service will be terminated as of April 30, 2026. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your loyal patronage over the years.

While "SOBA mieruka cloud" is a paid service, we are pleased to offer exclusive migration benefits to customers who registered for "SOBA meeting" by the end of February.

Because it is a cloud computing type web conferencing system, not necessary to install software on your PC in order to use "SOBA meeting". To use "SOBA meeting", you need only PC, headset and webcam. If you have a PC connected to the Internet, you can use it anytime, from anywhere.

Virtual whiteboard

Possible to share the PDF file in the whiteboard area and simultaneously write and share. All participants can write in the PDF file uploaded by participants of the meeting.
